A. Not at the present time, but you can set-up an automatic payment service by visiting the Forms section of our website and filling out the Bank Authorization form in order to set up an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from your bank.

A. You can call the appropriate customer service department listed in the Contact Us section of the website or you can visit the Forms section of the website and fill out the Policy Loan Request Form.

Q. What are the procedures involved in filing a credit claim?
A. Life Claims: A claim for Life Benefits form must be fully completed by the Creditor and submitted to American National Insurance Company at 2911 South Shore Blvd, PO Box 9007, League City, TX 77574 or faxed to (409) 766-2912. This documents the number of payments made by the insured and the remaining balance required to pay off the loan. A copy of the policy, contract, and a certified copy of the death certificate must also be attached.

Accident & Health Claims: Submit a fully completed application for disability benefits to the address or fax number mentioned above, along with the following statements:
  • Statement of Lending Institution
  • Statement of Insured
  • Statement of Attending Physician
  • Statement of Employer

If disability results from either a motor vehicle or on the job injury, a copy of the accident report should also be attached.
